TASHKENT, December 6. /Dunyo IA/. On December 4, 2025, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bobur Usmanov met with Ambassador of Japan Kenji Hirata, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
According to the information of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, expressing gratitude for the congratulations on his official assumption of office, the Japanese diplomat expressed his readiness to make efforts to strengthen the strategic partnership and comprehensively expand cooperation between Uzbekistan and Japan in the areas of trade, investment, energy, infrastructure, education, and culture.
During the meeting, the parties discussed current issues on the Uzbek-Japanese cooperation agenda, as well as a schedule of upcoming joint bilateral and multilateral events.
