BUDAPEST, November 6. /Dunyo IA/. Ambassador of Uzbekistan Oybek Shakhavdinov met with the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Hungary Anikó Nagy Hallerné, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Particular attention was paid to strengthening the interparliamentary dialogue and developing cooperation between the legislative bodies of the two countries.

Parties also exchanged views on expanding cooperation in the trade, economic, investment, educational and cultural spheres. The importance of intensifying interregional contacts and strengthening ties between business circles was separately highlighted.

Hungarian side reaffirmed its interest in the further development of friendly relations with Uzbekistan and expressed readiness to contribute to the strengthening of interparliamentary cooperation.

Following the meeting, parties agreed to continue the constructive dialogue and consistently develop multifaceted cooperation between the two nations.
