TASHKENT, July 1. /Dunyo IA/.  Yesterday, the next round of political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and the Sultanate of Oman was held in Muscat, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

According to the information of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, delegations were led by First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon Aloyev and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman Khalifa al-Harithi.

Consultations focused on strengthening political dialogue between the two countries, enhancing cooperation in the areas of trade, economy, investment, and culture and humanitarian affairs, as well as expanding cooperation within international organizations.

Parties also exchanged views on current international and regional issues.
