Japan celebrated the anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of Uzbekistan

TOKYO, December 5. /IA "Dunyo"/. On the occasion of the celebration of the 31st anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of Uzbekistan, a round table was organized at the Embassy of our country in Tokyo with compatriots working and studying in Japan, a "Dunyo" information agency correspondent reports.

Opening the event, Ambassador Mukhsinhoja Abdurakhmanov presented detailed information about the reforms being carried out in our country in all areas, tolerance, peace, support for youth, including our compatriots, and the conditions created for them.

The participants discussed the content and essence of the norms included in the updated Constitution of the country. It was emphasized that the main goal of the historical changes made to the document is to increase the role of parliament in the political life of the state, ensure the inviolability of private property, and increase the protection of human rights and social security.

The event was attended by members of the delegation of the Surkhandarya region, headed by khokim Ulugbek Kasimov, who exchanged views with the participants on possible joint programs, proposals and ready-made ideas between the Surkhandarya region and the regions of Japan.

Agreements were reached with compatriots on assistance in organizing the supply of fresh and dry fruits and vegetables grown in our country to the Japanese market, establishing orderly labor migration, teaching modern Japanese, and establishing an IT center.

In order to develop and implement promising projects with the support of our citizens in Japan and ensure constant communication with them, a separate platform has been launched.

The festive event continued with a generous dastarkhan with traditional Uzbek pilaf.
