Novosibirsk hosts Radio Program with participation of the Consul General of Uzbekistan

NOVOSIBIRSK, December 15. /Dunyo IA/. Consul General of Uzbekistan, Aslam Akbarov participated in a special themed radio program on the popular “Silver Rain” channel (“Серебряный дождь”), dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of the adoption of Constitution Day of Uzbekistan, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
Special attention was given to tourist destinations popular among Novosibirsk residents, including gastronomic, historical, ethnic, and motorcycle tourism.
It is worth noting that the Consulate General’s participation in such bilateral programs has become a valued tradition, reflecting the strong interest of the Novosibirsk public in Uzbekistan and its dynamic development.
Listeners of the “Silver Rain” channel received detailed information about the key provisions and main articles of the Constitution as well as the results of the nationwide referendum held in April 2023, which led to the adoption of the updated version of the Fundamental Law of Uzbekistan.
In addition, the audience was briefed on Uzbekistan’s rapid progress across various sectors, including the economy, tourism and education, highlighting the country’s ongoing transformation and modernization efforts.
In particular, the broadcast provided detailed information about the favorable conditions created in Uzbekistan to attract a growing number of foreign tourists, including visitors from Russia. It was noted that among the advantages of traveling to Uzbekistan from Novosibirsk are daily flights with convenient schedules to various regions of the country and short flight times.
Russian listeners also received comprehensive updates on the current state of interregional cooperation between Uzbekistan and Novosibirsk Region, the key activities of the Consulate General aimed at further strengthening trade, economic and cultural-humanitarian ties as well as an overview of recent initiatives and plans for 2026.
