SEOUL, September 30. /Dunyo IA/. South Korean newspaper “AJP” published an article on Uzbekistan’s initiatives presented at the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The article notes that Uzbekistan links its domestic reforms with strengthening cooperation in Central Asia and seeking solutions to global challenges. Key areas highlighted include human dignity, international dialogue, demographic sustainability, environmental issues and the development of artificial intelligence.

Particular attention is given to Uzbekistan’s upcoming chairmanship of the Non-Aligned Movement in 2027, its candidacy for a non-permanent seat on the UN Security Council for 2035–2036, as well as initiatives aimed at developing cooperation in Central Asia and restoring the Aral Sea region.

The article also highlights Uzbekistan’s participation in international discussions on demographic policy, human capital, human rights and the responsible use of emerging technologies.
