COPENHAGEN, May 12. /Dunyo IA/. Ambassador of Uzbekistan Rakhmatulla Nurimbetov held a series of meetings with Danish companies and financial institutions, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

At a meeting with Jens Hestbech, Director of Large-Scale Project Financing at the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO), the parties discussed ways to attract Danish high technologies and know-how to such strategic sectors of Uzbekistan as mining, green energy, fisheries, agribusiness, livestock and organic farming.

Ambassador also held talks with the heads of Danish companies "FLS Smidth" (mining industry), “UNIBIO” (production of high-quality bioprotein) and “Aller Aqua” (fish industry).

Following the negotiations, the executives of these companies and EIFO confirmed the participation of their high-level delegations in the V Tashkent International Investment Forum, viewing it as an effective platform for practical discussions on investment and technological projects.
