WARSAW, June 29. /Dunyo IA/.  Embassy of Uzbekistan hosted talks with representatives of the Polish company “LeasingTeam Group”, reports Dunyo IA reports.

In the course of the dialogue, the sides reviewed the labour and human capital potential of Uzbekistan, the standards of professional and vocational training of its citizens, alongside avenues for their legal job placement in Poland and other European nations.

Delegation highlighted that “LeasingTeam Group” possesses a well-established presence of over 23 years in the Polish market, partnering with nearly 800 employers and managing recruitment initiatives across Germany, Romania, the Czech Republic and other European states.

Polish counterparts unveiled vacancy portfolios comprising approximately 500 openings in logistics - specifically targeting drivers, cargo handlers, and order packagers - alongside roughly 200 positions in the IT domain and 65 slots within the banking sector.

Interlocutors also examined practical matters concerning visa facilitation procedures, securing work permits, and the formal employment of foreign nationals.

Particular focus was directed toward the potential launch of pilot initiatives under the “Work, travel and study” framework between April and October. This initiative would involve 33 technical schools and colleges under the auspices of the Embassy, in partnership with Polish higher education institutions, targeting the agricultural and hospitality sectors.

To conclude the talks, the sides resolved to institutionalize the exchange of data regarding job openings, employer criteria, and labor conditions, while concurrently developing the baseline parameters for the pilot programs.
