RIYADH, September 9. /Dunyo IA/.  Representatives of “IT Park Uzbekistan” participated in the “LEAP 2026” international technology exhibition in Riyadh, presenting opportunities for cooperation in the digital tech sector, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

As part of the event, a “round table” featuring representatives of Saudi IT companies was hosted at the “IT Park Uzbekistan” office in Riyadh. Participants were briefed on Uzbekistan's favourable conditions for digital economy development, software engineering, startups and IT service exports.

Special attention was paid to the conditions provided for “IT Park” residents, tax incentives, investment attraction, and state support for exports. It was noted that current residents already include companies and specialists from the USA, Canada, France, Japan and Saudi Arabia, while Uzbekistan's IT services exports continue to grow.

Participants also discussed initiatives for digital skills development and artificial intelligence, including the “One Million Coders” and “One Million AI Leaders” projects, alongside the advancement of IT education.

Following the meeting, cooperation documents were signed with Saudi companies “Proxima” and “ZATechnologies”. A memorandum was concluded with “Al Rajhi Telecom” to promote Uzbek technological products and services in Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries.

Furthermore, the Saudi partners were invited to participate in “ICT Week Uzbekistan 2026”, which will take place in Uzbekistan from October 21^st to 25^th.
