NOVOSIBIRSK, August 26. /Dunyo IA/. The Consulate General of Uzbekistan organized an online meeting with the participation of representatives of the administration of Yakkabag District in Kashkadarya Region and the Kashkadarya Regional Department, as well as representatives of the Altai-based company “Alfit,” reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The company specializes in producing more than 350 types of phytoproducts, including encapsulated herbal blends, plant extracts, specialized cosmetics and confectionery products, including sugar-free items.

The talks focused on the importance of introducing high-tech phytotherapy products to the Uzbek market, particularly those produced in Russia’s Altai Krai.

“Alfit” expressed strong interest in establishing close cooperation with Uzbek companies in the production of medicinal products based on medicinal herbs, as well as food and personal care products.

The Uzbek side expressed readiness to cooperate with “Alfit,” including on the joint production of products based on medicinal herbs grown in the district.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached for a representative of “Alfit” to visit Yakkabag District to explore the region’s potential.
