New Batches of Uzbek Grapes and Melons Delivered to the UK Market

• 195LONDON, September 9. /Dunyo IA/. New batches of Uzbek grapes and melons have been delivered to the United Kingdom as part of efforts to expand agricultural exports, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
With the assistance of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in London, the British company “Capital Foodservice” is supplying the UK market with “Kelin Barmoq” grapes and melons of the “Torpedo”, “Kokcha”, and “Obi Novvot” varieties.
The produce is being delivered on Uzbekistan Airways flights. Supplies are planned to continue until the end of the season.
The cooperation is aimed at increasing interest in Uzbek fruits and vegetables in the British market and strengthening the position of domestic agricultural products.
