BERLIN, June 4. /Dunyo IA/. An international exhibition of children's paintings titled “The World Through the Eyes of Children” was held at the “Logenhaus Berlin GmbH” event venue in the capital of Germany to mark International Children's Day on June 1, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The grand opening gathered members of the diplomatic corps, culture and education experts, partner organizations, parents, children and the general public of Berlin.

The cultural and educational event was organized by the “San’at – Forum für Kunst, Kultur und Wissenschaft e.V.” society in cooperation with the Embassy of Uzbekistan, the Azerbaijani Cultural House “Khari Bülbül e.V.” and Berlin's art and music schools.

The exhibition aimed to develop cultural dialogue among children, strengthen friendship between nations and showcase the creative potential of the younger generation.

The exposition featured about 250 artworks by children aged 3 to 13 from Germany and Uzbekistan, including young artists from Tashkent - students of the P.P. Benkov Republican Art College. The works reflected themes of friendship, peace, family and children's visions of the future.

Representatives of the organizers and the diplomatic corps delivered welcoming remarks at the opening ceremony. The Ambassador of Uzbekistan Dilshod Akhatov, noted that such initiatives help unlock children's creative potential and strengthen cultural dialogue between nations, emphasizing that art has no borders and serves as a bridge between cultures.

The Head of “Logenhaus Berlin GmbH” Andreas Rhein, expressed support for the initiative, highlighting the importance of such projects in fostering friendship and mutual understanding through children's creativity.

The Head of the “Khari Bülbül e.V.” society Sevda Garibova, noted that such exhibitions bring together children from different countries and strengthen friendly relations, particularly between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.

Zukhra Rakhmatova, Head of “San’at – Forum für Kunst, Kultur und Wissenschaft e.V.”, emphasized that the project's goal is to support children's creativity and develop cultural dialogue through art.

The event also featured a cultural program with children's participation, including performances of Uzbek, Azerbaijani and Indian dances, as well as creative workshops and interactive activities.

Guests also sampled dishes of Uzbek cuisine and explored travel and tourism promotional materials about Uzbekistan.

The exhibition was highly praised as a significant international initiative aimed at supporting children's creativity, developing cultural education and strengthening international cooperation.
