MADRID, May 13. /Dunyo IA/. Within the framework of the Uzbek delegation's visit to the “Mueller & Schindler” publishing house, talks were held with the company's management on the development of joint cultural and publishing projects, reports Dunyo IA correspondent, citing with reference to the Spanish analytical and news portal “Otra Lectura”.

The parties noted the successful cooperation with the World Society for the Study, Preservation and Popularization of the Cultural Heritage of Uzbekistan (WOSCU), within the framework of which internationally recognized facsimile editions of the “Diwan of Husayn Bayqara”, “Zafarnama”, “Katta Langar Quran”, “Institutes of Timur” and “Mi'rajnama” were produced.

During the meeting, the prospects for new joint initiatives were discussed, including a large-scale international project “114 Qurans”, implemented jointly with the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan and WOSCU.

Special attention was paid to the tourism book project “Uzbekistan: The Golden Road to Samarkand” aimed at popularizing the country's historical and cultural heritage abroad.

An initiative was also put forward to publish the “Institutes of Timur” in the Spanish language. “Mueller & Schindler” publishing house supported the project, emphasizing its high scientific and cultural significance.
