AKTAU, September 16. /Dunyo IA/.  Representatives of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan held a presentation at the “English School” International School dedicated to the status, prestige and history of the Uzbek language, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

As part of the event, the diplomats elaborated on the state support provided for the Uzbek language and its pivotal role in strengthening the country’s independence. It was emphasized that respect and dedication to the native language, traditions, and national values manifest love and loyalty to the Motherland.

Participants of the meeting noted the importance of preserving the cultural and linguistic heritage within the family circle and promoting it through the practical activities of compatriots abroad.

In conclusion, it was announced that on October 21^st - Uzbek Language Day - a series of major spiritual, educational and cultural events dedicated to the occasion will be held at both state and international levels.
