TASHKENT, April 9. /"Dunyo" IA/. On April 1-7, 2024, the next meeting of the working groups of the Joint Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan Demarcation Commission was held in Nukus, reports "Dunyo" IA correspondent.

According to Uzbekistan MFA, during the meeting, the sides continued work on the demarcation of the State border, discussed the preparation for a joint meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on the demarcation of the State border between Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.

The meeting traditionally took place in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding.

Following the event, a corresponding Protocol was signed.

The next meeting will take place on the territory of Turkmenistan.
