TASHKENT, August 21. /Dunyo IA/. As part of the official visit to Manama, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain, Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

"Had a very warm and productive meeting with Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain H.E. Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Alzayani and his team, – the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan wrote in his telegram-channel. – We had a candid conversation about ways to further strengthen the partnership between Uzbekistan and Bahrain — from expanding political dialogue to boosting trade, investment, and institutional experience exchange. Covered the most acute topics of regional and global cooperation. Paid special attention to strengthening the bridges between Central Asia and the Gulf. We also signed the Agreement on visa exemption for holders of diplomatic passports.
