As part of the business program of his stay in the city of Dubai, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev today received a delegation of leading companies of the United Arab Emirates led by the Minister of Investment, Chief Executive Officer of the "ADQ holding" Muhammad Hassan al-Suwaidi, reports a correspondent of "Dunyo" information agency.

According to the press service of the head of our state, the meeting was also attended by the heads of leading Emirati companies "TAQA" Jasim Hussein Thabet and "Masdar" Muhammad Jamil al-Ramahi.

Issues of supporting and promoting joint projects of trade, economic and investment cooperation were considered.

The dynamic development of partnerships in priority sectors of the economy was noted with satisfaction.

The driving force is the growing cooperation in the energy sector. In this direction, during the visit, a Strategic Partnership Agreement was signed with "Masdar".

At the end of the meeting, the head of our state presented the Chief Executive Officer of "Masdar", Muhammad Jamil al-Ramahi, with a high state award of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the Order of "Dustlik" for his personal contribution to the development of Uzbek-Emirati multifaceted relations.
