100 “Presidential pilgrims” from Uzbekistan arrive in Mecca

• 147MECCA, May 21. /Dunyo IA/. Today, 100 pilgrims from Uzbekistan, sent on the initiative of the head of our state to perform the Hajj as “Presidential Pilgrims”, arrived in Mecca from Medina, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
During their stay in Medina, the pilgrims visited the holy sites of the city and completed the scheduled program events and religious rites. Following this, the group proceeded to Mecca in an organized manner.
Upon arrival, the pilgrims were taken to their hotel, where all necessary conditions have been created for their stay and preparation for the main rituals of the Hajj.
In the near future, the group members will visit the Holy Kaaba and begin fulfilling all stages of the pilgrimage in accordance with the established order.
The pilgrims expressed their gratitude to the President of Uzbekistan for the opportunity provided to perform the Hajj and noted the high level of organization of the trip. They also wished peace and prosperity to the country, and well-being and further development to the people of Uzbekistan.
