As part of the working visit of the delegation of the Notarial Chamber of Uzbekistan to the United States, a hybrid-format meeting with compatriots residing in the United States and Canada was organized at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the United States, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The purpose of the event was to hold a direct dialogue with citizens and inform them about ongoing reforms in the notarial sector, modern services, and new opportunities.

The meeting brought together compatriots living not only in Washington, D.C. but also citizens from other regions of the United States, as well as from Canada, who joined the discussion online.

During the meeting, participants were presented with information on the latest reforms and innovations in the notarial sphere. In particular, considerable interest was shown in the possibility of performing notarial actions online, which allows citizens to save time and resolve important matters more efficiently.

In addition, legal explanations were provided on issues related to the powers of attorney, various consent statements, inheritance matters, as well as the recognition in Uzbekistan of documents issued in the United States.

At the conclusion of the meeting, compatriots expressed their gratitude to the leadership of the country, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan for the opportunities and conveniences created.
