ISLAMABAD, May 5. /Dunyo IA/. The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Pakistan has launched a new media project titled "Uzbekistan – A Cradle of Opportunities: Success Story", reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The project features videos showcasing the successful experiences of Pakistani entrepreneurs conducting business in Uzbekistan.
The goal of the project is to further activate relations between Uzbekistan and Pakistan in the field of economic diplomacy, strengthen mutual trust and mutually beneficial cooperation between the business circles of the two countries, and raise awareness among foreign audiences, including the Pakistani public, about the opportunities available for conducting business in Uzbekistan.
Pakistani entrepreneurs provide an objective assessment of the large-scale reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan aimed at improving the investment climate, supporting entrepreneurship, and creating a stable, transparent, and competitive environment for the international business community.
This project will serve as a practical platform for representatives of Pakistani businesses to clearly illustrate the economic potential of Uzbekistan and instill confidence in its opportunities.
In their video messages, Pakistani entrepreneurs share their real-life experiences, discuss the favorable investment climate in Uzbekistan, ongoing economic reforms, legal guarantees, and government incentives, as well as how they started and expanded their businesses in Uzbekistan and the successes they have achieved.
This project will also make a significant contribution to the timely and effective implementation of agreements reached during high-level negotiations between the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, which took place in Tashkent on February 25-26 of this year. Specifically, these include increasing bilateral trade turnover to 2 billion USD, supporting and implementing joint investment projects, and further strengthening cooperation mechanisms.
The first guest of the project was Najeeb Vohra, Honorary Consul of Uzbekistan in the Punjab region and head of the company Najeeb Fibres. His views on the business climate in Uzbekistan can be found on the Embassy’s social media pages on Facebook, X, Instagram, as well as on TikTok.
