As part of a ceremony dedicated to the 35th anniversary of Uzbekistan’s state independence, the Dustlik Order was presented to Claude Imauven, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Orano and Chairman of the French-Uzbek Business Council under MEDEF International, at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in France, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Claude Imauven was awarded the state decoration for his significant contribution to strengthening friendly relations between Uzbekistan and France, developing trade, economic and investment cooperation, as well as expanding ties between the business communities of the two countries.

Expressing his sincere gratitude to the leadership of Uzbekistan for the high state award, Claude Imauven noted that he regards it as recognition of his contribution to strengthening friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries.

He also reaffirmed his readiness to continue supporting the further development of trade, economic and investment cooperation between Uzbekistan and France, expanding the participation of French companies in the Uzbek market, and strengthening business ties between the two countries.
