Expansion of cooperation on the Organized Recruitment of Uzbek Citizens for Russian Enterprises discussed at a meeting in Saint Petersburg

SAINT PETERSBURG, September 8. /Dunyo IA/. A delegation of Uzbekistan led by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Olimjon Abdullaev, met with President of the Association for the Promotion of International Labour Migration, Elena Demina and representatives of Russian companies, including “Master Print” LLC, IP “Chopin”, “Engineering SV” LLC, “Macaronika” LLC, “BFA” LLC and “Avangard” LLC, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
During the meeting, parties discussed the expansion of cooperation on the organized recruitment and employment of citizens of Uzbekistan at Russian enterprises, particularly in regions offering favourable and safe working conditions.
Following the negotiations, the employers' demand for more than 1,000 foreign specialists was identified. Parties agreed to continue working on mechanisms for the selection, preparation, and organized employment of compatriots for the available vacancies.
Furthermore, participants familiarized themselves with the activities of the new Center for International Labour Migration and the conditions established therein for the interaction between foreign workers and employers.
