TOKYO, October 13. /Dunyo IA/.   In order to further develop cooperation in the field of training and employing citizens of Uzbekistan in Japan, a meeting was held at the Embassy with the leadership of the company “Proud Partners”, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

During the meeting, issues of expanding interaction within the framework of the activities of the “Uzbekistan Proud Academy” (UPA), operating in the city of Angren, Tashkent region, were reviewed. Particular attention was paid to teaching the Japanese language and professional skills to Uzbek youth, as well as their subsequent employment in Japan.

In addition, the issue of organizing visits to Uzbekistan by representatives of major Japanese transport and logistics companies in October of this year is being finalized. Within the framework of the visits, Japanese employers will familiarize themselves with the activities of the “Uzbekistan Proud Academy” and its educational infrastructure, as well as discuss the selection of candidates from among the citizens of Uzbekistan for further employment in Japan.

It is expected that these visits will contribute to expanding employment opportunities for citizens of Uzbekistan in Japan, developing direct interaction with Japanese employers and training qualified personnel for the transport and logistics industry.
