VLADIVOSTOK, August 15. /Dunyo IA/. Consul General of Uzbekistan Khajiakbar Vakhabov met with the Minister of Education of the Primorsky Krai of Russia Elvira Shamonova, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the development of cooperation in the social and humanitarian sphere between the regions of Uzbekistan and the Primorsky Krai.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to jointly organize special classes and pre-school preparation courses for the children of migrant workers from Uzbekistan arriving in the Primorsky Krai.

Parties also agreed to resume, starting from 2027, the practice of mutually sending school-aged children from the regions of Uzbekistan and the Primorsky Krai to children's health camps during summer vacations on a parity basis.

Furthermore, an agreement was reached to establish cooperation between the Ministry of Preschool and School Education of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Education of the Primorsky Krai.
