GUANGZHOU, August 26. /Dunyo IA/. An Uzbek cuisine restaurant has recently opened in Guangzhou, a city of 20 million people in southern China, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The restaurant’s menu features traditional Uzbek hot dishes, salads, and pastries, all prepared by chefs from Uzbekistan. This new establishment provides residents and visitors in Guangzhou with an opportunity to explore and appreciate the rich culinary traditions of Uzbekistan.
The restaurant is owned by Aziz Makhkamov, a compatriot of Uzbekistan, who, along with representatives from the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Guangzhou, has expressed a commitment to showcasing the potential of Uzbek cuisine. This will be done through festivals, tourism exhibitions, and other events held across China.
