Uzbekistan’s gastronomic tourism potential presented in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR, May 13. /Dunyo IA/. From May 9 to 11, the "Carnival Premier – 2025" fair took place in the Malaysian state of Selangor, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The event, organized by the Selangor state administration and the National University of Malaysia, saw the participation of around 100 local and international businesses involved in halal food production and restaurant chains.
As part of the fair, the gastronomic tourism potential of Uzbekistan was prominently showcased in collaboration with a local Malaysian tourism company. The Samarkand pilaf, prepared by professional Uzbek chefs, was enthusiastically received by participants and attracted the attention of local media.
Approximately 6,000 attendees at the three-day fair had the opportunity to experience the gastronomic potential of Uzbekistan firsthand.
