ТASHKENT, February 24. /Dunyo IA/.   On February 23, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received Advisor on Economic Development, Effective Governance, and International Cooperation Suma Chakrabarti, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

According to the press service of the Head of our State, the key areas of the Adviser’s activities in supporting the implementation of the objectives set out in the “Uzbekistan - 2030” Strategy were discussed.

Special attention was paid to expanding economic opportunities for women, strengthening the capacity of general education institutions and enhancing strategic communication with investors.

The importance of consistently applying advanced international experience in economic reform, public administration, education and strategic planning was emphasized.

The discussion also addressed measures to further promote the country’s investment potential in international markets.
