TASHKENT, May 1. /Dunyo IA/. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov today met with Japan’s Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs Arfia Eri, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
“Had a substantive meeting with H.E. Arfia Eri, Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, - the head of MFA of Uzbekistan wrote on his telegram-channel. - Discussed the consistent development of the comprehensive strategic partnership and identified specific steps to implement the agreements reached during the highest-level visit. Determined specific steps to implement the agreements reached during the highest-level visit.
Noted the priority of expanding cooperation within the framework of the “Central Asia + Japan” Dialogue, including in the areas of green development, deepening trade and economic ties.
Reaffirmed our readiness to further strengthen long-term and sustainable partnership based on mutual trust”.
