The screening was opened by University Vice-Rector Dmitry Arseniev, who highlighted the real-life heroism of Uzbek blacksmith Shoakhmad Shomakhmudov and his wife Bahri Akramova, who took in and raised 14 children of different nationalities evacuated to Tashkent during the war. He emphasized that the film is about humanity, compassion, and responsibility beyond national borders.
