TERMEZ, May 23. /Dunyo IA/. Abdulla Al Bakri, Engagement Manager at Qatar’s Education Above All Foundation and its Al Fakhoora program – an initiative aimed at ensuring access to higher education for children and youth shared his views with Dunyo IA on the significance of the first session of the Termez Dialogue on Connectivity between Central and South Asia, held from May 19 to 21 in the city of Termez:

– It is a great honor for me to participate in this important gathering. I believe the Termez Dialogue plays a pivotal role as a unique platform for strengthening regional cooperation and formulating joint solutions for sustainable development. It encourages open exchange of experience and unites the efforts of states and organizations in addressing shared challenges – particularly in the areas of education, humanitarian support, and sustainability. Dialogues such as this are fundamental in shaping a peaceful, stable, and prosperous future for the entire region.

During the second day of the dialogue, we placed particular emphasis on the vital role of education in fostering development and regional stability.

Our Education Above All Foundation continues to support Afghan children, enabling them to pursue their education under challenging circumstances. During the session, we presented our initiatives and the progress achieved to date.

I would also like to highlight the strong and constructive relationship between Qatar and Uzbekistan. We take pride in our cooperation on a number of ongoing and future projects that serve the mutual benefit of both nations.

I am deeply convinced that the Termez Dialogue is both timely and critically important. Its outcomes – and the spirit of cooperation it nurtures –will undoubtedly make a meaningful contribution to the region’s future.
