TASHKENT, May 1. /Dunyo IA/. On May 5th, Tashkent will host the Uzbekistan–Turkey Business Forum, aimed at taking economic cooperation to a new level, expanding investment projects, and strengthening strategic partnerships in the industrial sector, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
The forum is organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology, the Ministry of Investment, Industry, and Trade of Uzbekistan, the Technological Metals Complex (TMC), and “OSTİM Organize Sanayi Bölgesi” (OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone).
One of the leading industrial entities participating in the forum, the Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex, is a major enterprise operating in the field of critical minerals and technological metals. As an industrial ecosystem, TMC has become a reliable partner for international investors. It implements a complete “mine–metal–market” value chain, ranging from geological exploration and extraction to deep processing and the manufacturing of finished products.
The TMC plans to present promising investment projects in the field of critical minerals at the event. Additionally, new initiatives aimed at expanding industrial cooperation, establishing joint production and developing the export of high-value-added products will be discussed.
The TMC strategy is not limited to raw material extraction but focuses on developing an industrial model based on the introduction of advanced processing technologies and the manufacturing of high-tech products.
A number of specialized enterprises within the TMC system will also participate in the business forum with their own projects. Specifically, “TMK Chemicals” will showcase industrial projects for sulfuric acid production; “R&D Park” will present its center for scientific research and innovation in the field of critical minerals; the “Future Metals Technology Park” will feature a technological platform specializing in the deep processing of rare and critical metals; “UTMK Smart Powder” will display high-tech materials production based on powder metallurgy; and “Graphtech Mining and Production” will demonstrate modern mining and production projects.
The forum serves as an important platform for TMC to establish direct dialogue with international investors, attract new technologies, and strengthen integration into the global value chain.
