TASHKENT, April 18. /Dunyo IA/. Advisor to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Munira Aminova met on April 15th in Kuwait City with the Director of Kuwaiti charitable organization "Sheikh Abdullah Al-Nouri" Abdullatif Al-Zafiri, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

According to the MFA, the parties discussed preparations for the upcoming humanitarian mission of the international surgical team "Al-Amal" (HOPE), which is scheduled to take place in Karakalpakstan from April 28 to May 6, 2025.
The meeting also covered prospects for future social development projects in Uzbekistan, including the potential construction of a school for orphans or a care hospital for the elderly in Tashkent, as well as the establishment of a pilot "small village" model equipped with essential social infrastructure.
Abdullatif Al-Zafiri expressed his readiness to continue and expand active cooperation between Kuwait and Uzbekistan in the sphere of social and humanitarian initiatives.
