TASHKENT, October 21. /IA "Dunyo"/. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon Aloev met yesterday with the Ambassador of Pakistan Ahmed Faruk, reports a correspondent of Dunyo news agency.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, prospects for the further development of the Uzbek-Pakistan strategic partnership and the development of multifaceted cooperation, primarily in the trade, economic, investment and transport and communications spheres, were considered.
An agreement was reached to continue coordinating the efforts of Uzbekistan and Pakistan in the international arena, in particular within the framework of the UN, SCO, ECO and OIC.
The schedule and organizational aspects of upcoming events in bilateral and multilateral formats were discussed.
