CAIRO, April 15. /Dunyo IA/. Diplomats of the Embassy of Uzbekistan held a meeting with Abu Zaid Abdul Hafiz, the head of the Egyptian company "Activ Sports", reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the development of economic relations between Uzbekistan and Egypt, including the prospects for cooperation in the production of textile products, ready-made garments, sportswear, and footwear.

The head of the Egyptian company expressed interest in establishing contacts with similar companies and enterprises in Uzbekistan to implement joint projects.

Abu Zaid Abdul Hafiz was informed about the "Jizzakh-2025" International Business Forum, which will be held in Zaamin district on April 23–24 this year, and was invited to participate in the event.
