Malaysian company interested in creating a poultry cluster in Uzbekistan

KUALA LUMPUR, February 23. /Dunyo IA/. The Ambassador of Uzbekistan Karomiddin Gadoyev met with the CEO of the Malaysian company "Bounty Biotech (Sdn Bhd.)" King Hao Alan, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

During the meeting, King Hao Alan noted that, prior to the visit of the President of Uzbekistan to Malaysia, fruitful negotiations had been held with the leadership of the Ministry of Investments, Industry, and Trade of Uzbekistan, as well as entrepreneurs from the Bukhara region.
The Malaysian side expressed particular interest in implementing a project in Uzbekistan to establish poultry feed production and a poultry complex.
It was emphasized that the cultivation of the key raw materials needed for poultry feed production, cotton seeds, and wheat grain within Uzbekistan played a central role in the project’s concept. To further explore the opportunities and the potential location for the project, King Hao Alan plans to visit Uzbekistan with company specialists.
The holding company "Bounty Group Holdings (Sdn Bhd.)" was established in 2008 and includes several enterprises involved in poultry feed production, poultry meat production, and wholesale trading. "Bounty Biotech" conducts research and development (R&D) in the poultry sector within the holding.
