Trade House of Tyumen Region of Russia opens at “Ayritom” Free Economic Zone

• 167TERMEZ, August 4. /Dunyo IA/. Trade House of Russia’s Tyumen Region was officially inaugurated in the “Ayritom” Free Economic Zone (FEZ) in Surkhandarya Region, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
Project was implemented with the support of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Yekaterinburg as part of efforts to promote active interregional cooperation.
Opening of the Trade House is aimed at strengthening long-term cooperation between the Surkhandarya and Tyumen regions, as well as expanding opportunities for transit and trade along the Afghan route.
In July this year, a delegation from the Tyumen Region visited Surkhandarya Region and Tashkent, where it held productive talks with representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, the regional administration, and the management of the “Ayritom” FEZ.
New Trade House will showcase a wide range of industrial products manufactured by enterprises of the Tyumen Region.
In addition, negotiations are currently underway on establishing a similar trade platform for Russia’s Chelyabinsk Region within the “Ayritom” FEZ.
