"Daily Independent": Turkic states unite into a single intellectual space of science

ISLAMABAD, July 25. /Dunyo IA/. The Pakistani newspaper "Daily Independent" published an article titled "Towards a Single Intellectual Space with the Turkic World: A New Scientific Integration of the Renaissance Era", reports a Dunyo IA correspondent.

The publication notes that the higher education system of Uzbekistan has become the main driver of regional integration. Today, 3,020 young people from neighbouring Central Asian countries are studying at the country's universities, facilitated by government-introduced state grants — 20 free quotas annually for each neighbouring country. According to the publication, this wave of educational integration has gone beyond the region and reached Azerbaijan, becoming an important basis for the Organization of Turkic States, which is uniting today as a single intellectual and scientific space.

The author concludes that the educational integration of Central Asia is the surest path to creating a single competitive intellectual space in the global world, and current students will tomorrow become the intellectual force ensuring the economic security, ecology, and technological independence of the entire region.
