TASHKENT, May 21. /Dunyo IA/.  A new innovative platform called the “Samarkand Digital Hub” has officially launched in San Francisco, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

According to the Azerbaijani information and analytical news portal “The Caspian Post”, this initiative represents a major step aimed at expanding Uzbekistan's participation in the global digital economy and connecting IT specialists and startup teams with the international technological ecosystem.

The hub provides startup founders, developers, and innovators from Samarkand with opportunities to enter the US and other major tech markets, attract investments, and develop international cooperation. The main goal of the project is to elevate the innovative potential of youth to a global level.

The Governor of the Samarkand region Adiz Boboev, participated in the opening ceremony, where he familiarized himself with the hub's infrastructure, technological capabilities and the conditions created for startups.

Within the framework of the initiative, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the “Samarkand Digital Hub” and the US company “Humonola Inc”. This agreement will serve to develop startup projects and expand opportunities for Uzbek innovators to access global markets.

According to experts, this hub will serve as an important platform for elevating Uzbekistan's IT and startup ecosystem to a new level, as well as strengthening technological cooperation with international investors.

Overall, the “Samarkand Digital Hub” project is an essential part of Uzbekistan's digital economy development strategy and holds significant importance in connecting the innovative potential of the country's youth with the global technological community.
