Over 1,000 Tech Companies Choose Uzbekistan as Operational Hub

ISLAMABAD, June 28. /Dunyo IA/. More than 1,000 technology companies have chosen Uzbekistan as an operational hub for conducting business, reports Dunyo IA correspondent, citing “Pakistan In The World”.

According to the report, Uzbekistan is becoming an attractive jurisdiction for international IT companies due to its developed infrastructure, simplified administrative procedures, and comprehensive business support system.

Significant numbers of companies are establishing operational offices and key business processes in the country. A major role is played by the IT Park, which provides companies with ready-made infrastructure, including office space, equipment, and connectivity, while also supporting business registration through a one-stop service model.

The publication also highlights state support measures, including partial compensation for hiring and training staff, as well as tax incentives for IT Park residents. Companies benefit from zero tax rates in several categories, while employees are subject to reduced income tax rates.

The report further notes the availability of an IT visa valid for up to three years, allowing foreign specialists and investors to live and work in Uzbekistan, including their family members. They also gain access to healthcare and education services on equal terms and are permitted to purchase real estate.

According to “Pakistan In The World”, these factors collectively make Uzbekistan a convenient platform for scaling technology businesses and expanding international IT operations.
