Muay Thai Fighter from Uzbekistan Competes in Title Bout at ONE Championship in Bangkok

BANGKOK, June 27. /Dunyo IA/. Headline fight of the “The Inner Circle 20” tournament took place at Lumpini Stadium in Bangkok, where Muay Thai fighter Aslamjon Ortikov from Uzbekistan faced Russian athlete Asadula Imangazaliev for the “ONE FC Flyweight Muay Thai” championship belt, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Aslamjon Ortikov began his athletic training in Tashkent at the “Shakhriyor” club, after which he continued his professional career in Thailand at the “TC Muay Thai” school in Bangkok. At the time of the fight, he held an undefeated record of 24–0 and was considered one of the most promising fighters in ONE Championship.

His opponent, Asadula Imangazaliev, also entered the bout undefeated, having won all previous fights by knockout.

According to sports media, the fight was conducted at a high pace and became one of the most competitive bouts in both fighters’ careers. The fight lasted all five rounds, during which the athletes demonstrated a high level of technique and intense competition.

At the end of the bout, Asadula Imangazaliev won by split decision, becoming the new “ONE Championship Flyweight Muay Thai” titleholder.

Diplomats of Uzbekistan were present at the arena and supported their compatriot during the fight.
