ANKARA, January 8. /Dunyo IA/. A video by Turkish blogger Doğa Rehberin titled “Uzbek Bread” (Özbekistan Ekmeği), published on her YouTube channel, has garnered more than 18 million views within two months of its release, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

“It’s my first time visiting Uzbekistan, and I was amazed. This is more than just bread; it’s a true work of art. It’s so beautifully decorated, and in this video, you can see it for yourself,” the blogger admitted, expressing his admiration for Uzbek bread.

Doğa Rehberin admires the variety of Uzbek breads: “Some bread are made as large as a tray, with meat added, which gives the dough a rich, full flavor,” she explains.

At the end of her commentary, the blogger remarked: “Look, the baker is still decorating the bread. What do you think - should so much effort be spent on just one loaf? Some might say, ‘Why go through all that trouble?’ But this is the culture and values of this land. I can already imagine its aroma. It’s hard to put into words!” she shared, expressing her impressions.
