Uzbekistan Culture Days to be held in Kyrgyzstan on July 27–28th

CHOLPON-ATA, July 27. /Dunyo IA/. Today, Days of Culture of Uzbekistan begin in Kyrgyzstan, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
According to the “Kabar” Kyrgyz National Information Agency, creative delegation of Uzbekistan arrived at the Issyk-Kul International Airport (Tamchy) yesterday to participate in the Days of Culture of Uzbekistan, which will take place in the city of Cholpon-Ata on July 27–28th.
Uzbek delegation is headed by the Minister of Culture, People's Artist of Uzbekistan, Ozodbek Nazarbekov.
Delegation comprises nearly 200 representatives of Uzbekistan’s cultural and arts community, including renowned singers, musicians, dance ensembles, cultural figures and members of the creative community.
Over the course of two days, they will present residents and visitors of the Issyk-Kul Region with a rich cultural programme showcasing Uzbekistan’s rich historical and cultural heritage, as well as the contemporary achievements of Uzbek art.
According to the Ministry of Culture, Days of Culture will become a landmark event in the cultural life of both Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan and will further strengthen cultural and humanitarian cooperation, as well as the longstanding bonds of friendship between the two countries.
