TASHKENT, July 1. /Dunyo IA/. The First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon Aloyev met today with Habib Al Riyami, Chairman of the Sultan Qaboos Higher Centre for Culture and Science, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

According to the MFA, during the talks, the parties discussed in detail the prospects for further strengthening cooperation in the fields of culture, science, and education, as well as the implementation of new joint initiatives.

The sides also exchanged views on expanding cooperation between the relevant scientific and cultural institutions of the two countries, organizing scientific conferences, exhibitions, and other cultural and educational events, providing educational grants, and supporting initiatives aimed at promoting the rich historical and cultural heritage of Uzbekistan and Oman.
