Diplomats of Uzbekistan Assist Citizen and Her Young Son in Returning Home from Novosibirsk

NOVOSIBIRSK, June 19. /Dunyo IA/. Diplomats from the Consulate General of Uzbekistan provided comprehensive assistance to an Uzbek citizen and her young son who found themselves in a difficult situation in Novosibirsk, helping them return to their homeland, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The woman had been detained by law enforcement authorities for violating Russia’s migration regulations and was placed in a temporary detention center for foreign nationals. Her minor son was accommodated in a specialized childcare institution.

Through the efforts of the Consulate General, the necessary documents for the child were promptly issued. With the active support of the Novosibirsk office of the Migration Agency of Uzbekistan, the mother and her son were transported to Novosibirsk International Airport on June 18, where the family was reunited.

The Uzbek citizens subsequently departed for Uzbekistan on a Novosibirsk–Tashkent flight.
