CHICAGO, June 12. /Dunyo IA/. On the sidelines of the “CABEX 2026” forum in Chicago, Consulate General of Uzbekistan in New York organized a mobile consular reception for compatriots, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

During the reception, compatriots were provided with consular and legal services, as well as clarifications on issues related to document processing, citizenship, passport and visa procedures, and other inquiries.

In total, more than 200 citizens of Uzbekistan participated in the event. The applicants received the necessary consultations and practical assistance in resolving a number of issues.

Particular attention was paid to compliance with U.S. law. Citizens were explained the importance of respecting the laws of the host country, local traditions, and generally accepted norms of behavior. 

The participants of the meeting expressed their gratitude for the organization of the mobile reception, noting the high demand for such events among citizens living far from the diplomatic missions of Uzbekistan.
