TASHKENT, June 21. /Dunyo IA/. Gökhan Gençtürk, General Manager of Türkiye’s Bulutistan, who participated in the 5^th Tashkent International Investment Forum in the capital of Uzbekistan, shared his views in an interview with a correspondent of Dunyo IA:

— First of all, we came here to see new developments. Our company Bulutistan is one of the subsidiaries of Sabancı Holding and operates in the technology sector.

We have strong trust and confidence in Uzbekistan. In recent times, the country has been making significant progress, and we want to become part of this process. In the past, we made very good investments here. Now we want to increase and expand them further, and we are looking into new sectors and areas where we can invest. We are participating in order to explore all of this. It is very pleasant, and the forum is very well organized.

As a company, we are mainly focused on technology. There are huge opportunities in this field – it is very evident. Cloud technologies, in particular, have developed rapidly worldwide, and we can see that this technology is also advancing in Uzbekistan.

Additionally, at this forum, we signed a memorandum stating that local universities will transition to the use of cloud technologies. God willing, we will also contribute to the development, expansion, and digitalization of Uzbekistan’s higher education infrastructure.

In other sectors as well, as I have seen, everything is quite well developed, and there is a great environment for various companies. I definitely see Uzbekistan in a new light and would recommend investors to come here.
