“Sada El-Balad” IA: Tashkent International Financial Centre to offer Investors English law, capital protection and tax incentives

CAIRO, July 23. /Dunyo IA/. Tashkent International Financial Centre (TIFC) will serve as a premier hub featuring special conditions for foreign investors, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
According to the Egyptian news agency “Sada El-Balad”, the center will grant investors access to operations in foreign currencies and digital assets, unrestricted movement of capital, a simplified visa regime for professionals and tax incentives for participants valid until 2076.
TIFC legal system will be founded on the principles of English law utilized by the world’s leading financial centers. To resolve commercial disputes, an independent Tashkent International Commercial Court is being established, whose rulings will be legally binding and enforceable within the territory of Uzbekistan.
Center will host banks, investment funds, insurance companies, fintech projects, as well as consulting and law firms. The authorities anticipate that the TIFC will help attract international capital and strengthen Uzbekistan’s position within the global financial system.
