Meeting focused on the organizational aspects of the visit of an Uzbek government delegation, alongside dozens of farmers and entrepreneurs, scheduled to take place in Egypt on September 14–20th.

Minister expressed his readiness to host bilateral talks and share Egypt’s expertise in water resources management, while noting his country's keen interest in studying Uzbekistan's experience in ensuring water security.

Hani Sewilam emphasized the necessity of imparting a practical dimension to the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the water management authorities of the two nations in 2009.
