AKTAU, September 9. /Dunyo IA/.  On the initiative of the General Consulate of Uzbekistan in Aktau, online meetings were held between representatives of the Tourism Committee and the leadership of the Kazakh airline “Fly Arystan” and the tour operator “COMPAS Touroperator”, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Parties discussed the development of cooperation in the tourism sector, the expansion of transport and logistics links, the creation of new tourist routes and the increase of mutual tourist flows between the two countries.

Launch of the Urgench–Almaty flight route on September 3^rd was highlighted separately. The meeting participants emphasized that this new destination will contribute to the growth of the tourist flow to the regions of Uzbekistan.

Following the negotiations, further steps for developing practical cooperation were identified. In particular, parties agreed to work jointly on creating new tourist routes, improving transport and logistics solutions, exchanging information and promoting the tourism potential of Uzbekistan.
