Uzbekistan showcases national sports and culture at Ethnosport Cultural Festival in Türkiye

The Ethnosport Cultural Festival (“Etnospor Kültür Festivali”) has concluded in Türkiye, with the active participation of a delegation representing Uzbekistan's Ministry of Sports, National Olympic Committee and National Paralympic Committee, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
As part of the festival, Uzbek athletes specializing in traditional sports and martial arts delivered demonstration performances, showcasing Uzbekistan's rich sporting traditions and cultural heritage to the global public.
Additionally, the Uzbekistan pavilion organized at the festival grounds showcased traditional musical instruments, as well as exhibitions dedicated to the country's historic landmarks, tourism potential, and cultural heritage. Visitors were provided with detailed insights into the history, culture, and national values of Uzbekistan.
Throughout the four-day event, 1,200 kilograms of Uzbek plov were prepared daily and distributed to the festival participants and guests.
Furthermore, active young compatriots studying and residing in Turkey widely promoted the national culture and traditions of our country during the event.
The traditional sporting performances, cultural programs, and exhibitions presented throughout the festival further enhanced the participants' interest in Uzbekistan.
